Q: What are your business hours?
A: We’re available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for phone consultations, project discussions, and editing work.

A: Filming is by appointment and can be scheduled any day of the week, including evenings and weekends, depending on your project needs and our availability.
Q: Can I call or text you outside of business hours?
A: You’re welcome to reach out anytime, but we typically respond to calls, texts, and emails during our business hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM. If you contact us outside those hours, we’ll get back to you the next business day.
Q: How far in advance should I book my shoot?
A: To ensure availability, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend shoots. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Q: Are you available for destination shoots or travel?
A: Yes! We’re open to travel and destination shoots. Please contact us to discuss logistics and availability.
Q: Can I meet with you in person to discuss my project?
A: Absolutely. Meetings can be scheduled during our business hours, either in person or via phone/video call. Just let us know what works best for you.

Q: How long will filming take?
A: That depends on your project! A brand video might take a few hours, while a wedding or event could take a full day. We’ll give you a clear schedule ahead of time.
Q: What if it rains or something changes the day of the shoot?
A: We always plan for contingencies. If weather or circumstances affect the shoot, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adapt accordingly.

Q: How long does it take to get the final video?
A: Turnaround time varies by project. Most highlight videos are delivered within 2–4 weeks. We’ll give you a delivery estimate during the planning phase.
Q: Will I get to review the video before it's finalized?
A: Yes! We provide a first draft for review and include 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on your package.
Q: In what format will I receive my video?
A: Final videos are delivered digitally in HD (or 4K if needed), optimized for your platform (YouTube, social media, website, etc.).

Q: Do you travel for shoots?
A: Absolutely! We’re available for destination shoots and out-of-town projects. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.
