Service Description

What’s Included: 1-Hour Session: Choose your preferred location or studio setting. Personalized guidance on posing and location choice to ensure you feel comfortable and look your best. Professional Photography: High-quality images captured with expert lighting and composition. Outfit Flexibility: Multiple outfit changes to suit different looks. Basic Editing to enhance image quality (adjusting exposure, contrast, white balance, color correction, sharpening) Digital Deliverables: Receive up to 30 professionally edited high-resolution images. Online Gallery: Access a private, password-protected gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading your images or sent via WeTransfer. Print Rights: Full rights to print your images as desired. Optional Add-Ons: - Additional Images w/ basic editing ($10 per) - Image Retouching: Enhance specific images for an additional fee. - Second Shooter: Add a second photographer to cover Behind the Scenes. - Custom Printed Album: Create a personalized photo album to showcase your images. - Additional Hour: Extend your session time to capture more moments. Editing turnaround times are typically 1-2 weeks from the photoshoot date. Ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups, this session offers a relaxed atmosphere to create lasting memories.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment Options: Full payment incurs a 3% service fee; split payments incur a 6% service fee. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. Same-Day/Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than 1 week before the event, full payment is required to confirm. 2. Late Payments & Fees Late Fee: If final payment is not received by the deadline, a $50 late fee will apply each week the payment is delayed. Payment Deadline: If payment is not completed at least 1 hour before the event, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 14+ Days Before Event: Deposit retained, no further charges. Less Than 14 Days: 50% of the total fee will be charged. No-Show or Cancellation within 24 Hours: Full charge applies. Rescheduling: Must be requested in writing 7 days prior to the event and is subject to availability. 4. Extra Hours Extra Hours: Available at $75 per hour if pre-paid. 5. Materials & Editing To speed up editing, please email all necessary materials (names, titles, logos, music, etc.) to info@tianarose.co. Editing will not begin until full payment is received and materials are provided. 6. Revisions Revisions are available for $50 per change (see contract for full revision policy). 7. Service Delivery Edited product will be delivered within 3 weeks of the event date unless otherwise agreed. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Raw footage is not included unless agreed upon and may incur an additional charge. 8. Intellectual Property Tianarose LLC retains copyright to all content. Clients receive a license for personal or promotional use. Broadcast, resale, or redistribution requires pre-approval and may require additional licensing. 9. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions/permits for service at event locations. Delays caused by the client or third parties may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Tianarose LLC. 10. Liability In the event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a full or partial refund. We recommend event insurance for added protection. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
