Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment "Secure Your Spot, Stress-Free." All payments are required to be paid in full to reserve your date. Credit, debit, or PayPal accepted. Final payment is due 24 hours before your shoot 2. Late Payments & Fees "Stay on Time to Save Your Date." A $50 weekly late fee applies for overdue payments. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling "We Respect Your Time — Please Respect Ours." • Cancel 3+ days before: Deposit retained, no further charges. • No-shows: Full charge applies. Rescheduling requests must be made 3+ days prior and are subject to availability. 4. Extra Hours "Need More Time? We’ve Got You." Add hours for an additional fee 5. Materials & Editing "Help Us Help You — Send Materials Early!" Editing starts only once full payment is made. 6. Revisions "Polish Your Vision — One Edit at a Time." Revisions are $25 per change. (Full policy in contract.) 7. Service Delivery "Expect Your Final Edits in 2 Weeks or Less." • Standard delivery: Within 2 weeks. • Rush delivery available for an additional fee. • Raw files not included unless agreed in advance. 8. Intellectual Property "You Share It. We Protect It." Tianarose LLC retains copyright. You get a license for personal or promotional use. Broadcast or resale requires prior approval and licensing. 9. Client Responsibility "Let’s Work Together Smoothly." Clients must secure all venue permissions and permits. Delays caused by third parties may impact delivery timelines. 10. Liability "Peace of Mind Comes Standard." In case of illness, emergencies, or equipment failure, our liability is limited to a partial or full refund.
