Service Description
Book a 10 minute consultation to discuss your vision for your upcoming fashion show. Once the zoom meeting begins, you will have a 3 minute grace period to join. Please check your email for the link after booking. Only the first consultation is free. Any requests after that must be paid in full to receive a consultation approval. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS FOR CLASSES & COURSES Due to limited booking, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel online here. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a gift certificate if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. Certificate must be used within 90 days. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS FOR VIDEO SERVICES A 50% deposit must be paid in order to secure service. 30% is non refundable If you chose to cancel your booking. If your booking is canceled by your photographer/videographer, we'll automatically give you a full refund visible on your account in the next 3 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirming the full refund.
