Cancellation Policy

Our video and photo services have a specific cancellation policy in place to protect the interests of both our clients and our team. If a client cancels their booking within 72 hours after making the reservation, they will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 72-hour window, the client will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. This policy allows us to maintain fairness while also compensating for any costs incurred during the booking process.
