Service Description

Book a 10 minute consultation to discuss your project and receive a quote. (This consultation fee will be applied to your booking if you book our videography service.) *Once the zoom meeting begins, you will have a 5 minute grace period to join. Please check your email for the link after booking. If you are late, the meeting cannot be extended. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS FOR CLASSES & COURSES Due to limited booking, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel online here. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a gift certificate if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You will receive a gift certificate to attend a future class. Certificate must be used within 90 days. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS FOR VIDEO SERVICES A 50% deposit must be paid in order to secure service. 30% is non refundable If you chose to cancel your booking. If your booking is canceled by your photographer/videographer, we'll automatically give you a full refund visible on your account in the next 3 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirming the full refund.
