YOU’LL LEAVE WITH:

-FILMING-

1. Preparation (Before the Camera Rolls)

Scouting the Location:

We may visit the shoot location ahead of time or do a walkthrough day

of to understand lighting, sound, and space.

Planning Shots:

We’ll plan what to film and how — including angles, lighting setups, and camera movements.

Setting Up Gear:

Cameras, microphones, lights, tripods, and other equipment

are set up and tested to make sure everything runs smoothly.

2. Capturing Footage (Filming Day)

Directing When Needed:

For interviews or promotional videos, the videographer may guide you or your

team on where to stand, how to speak, how to move naturally on camera or how to interact with products.

Adjust the Environment:

Things like furniture, products, props, or even background clutter

may be moved or styled to make the scene look visually appealing.

Capture a Variety of Shots:

This gives flexibility in editing & allows your brand/ product to be shown from multiple angles.

B-Roll Footage:

B-roll includes supporting visuals—like hands typing, product details, or people interacting naturally.

It adds polish and professionalism to your video.

Recording Clean Audio:

They ensure your voice or any important sounds are captured clearly using proper microphones.

Adjusting on the Fly:

If lighting changes, weather shifts, or something unexpected happens,

they’ll adapt quickly to keep things looking and sounding great.
